Yes, you read that right – no more fussing about linking Twilio, dealing with Twilio A2P 10 DLC registration, or worrying about managing ongoing changes.
We’ve simplified things for you, so you can focus on what matters most – creating amazing memories and sharing them effortlessly. It’s all about making your PicPic Social experience smoother and more enjoyable.
How do I activate free text messaging?
If you are on the new Starter plan, or on the existing Market Leader of Agency plan, your account automatically has free texting messaging enabled.
When you PUBLISH your event, free text messaging is activated. If you do not publish your event, you won’t have any free text messaging.
What if I am on the older plan?
Certain older versions of the Starter, Market Leader or Agency plan do not include free text messaging. You will have to upgrade to a newer version of these plans to get free text messaging. If you are on these older plans, you can purchase credits to send text massages.
What are the restrictions of free text messaging?
You can only send free text messages to the United States & Canada. Sending outside of the USA & Canada requires you to purchase credits.
You can only send microsite links for free. If you want to send photos as attachments directly in the text, you have to purchase credits.
