How does the free trial work?
Please take full advantage of our free trial and discover all our software’s fantastic features! Please note that while you test, a DRAFT watermark will be present on your photos and videos until you choose a subscription plan.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
You can start your free trial with a free account—no credit card is needed! Enjoy trying it out without any worries!
What is your refund policy?
Per-Event Charges:
Just a heads-up! All per-event charges are non-refundable, but if the event goes unused (no shares or uploads to the event), we can apply a credit to your account for future use.
Monthly/Yearly Plans:
We want you to be happy! If you need to cancel your monthly or yearly plan, please do so before your next billing/renewal date. If you contact us after being charged, don’t worry—you have two weeks to ask for a refund as long as you haven’t published any events during that time.
Please note that refunds will have a small 5% transaction fee. If the two-week window for a refund passes, you can still get account credit for future use.
What kind of support do you offer?

How long does one event last?
For the Starter and Market Leader plans:
• Sharing Station Events can last up to 30 hours from the specified date. For instance, if your event starts on January 1st, it will be accessible until 6 AM on January 2nd, after which it will no longer be accessible on our software.
• Photobooth Events can range anywhere from 1 to 7 days.
If you choose our most premium subscription, the Agency plan, events can last from 30 days (if you subscribe to a monthly plan) to an entire year (if you subscribe to an annual plan). For additional details, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
What is Grey Label & White Label?
• The Grey Label feature allows you to replace the PicPic Social branding with our generic domain, which does not connect us in any capacity.
• White Label: Allows you to use your domain, enabling you to present the software as your product.
Do you have a per-event price?
Absolutely! You can purchase an individual event for $99.99. It includes all of the features of the Starter plan.
