How does the free trial work?
During the free trial you can fully use the software. The only restriction is a watermark that will be placed on your photos.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You can start the free trial with a free account without a credit card needed.
What is your refund policy?
Per-Event charges are non-refundable and only subject to account credit.
Monthly/yearly plans must be cancelled before the next account charge. If you contact us after you have been charged, you have two weeks to ask for a refund, if you have not published any events during the billing period. Your refund will be subject to a 5% transaction fee.
After two weeks, you are only eligible for account credit.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer live chat support and live telephone support.
How long does one event last?
On the Starter and Market Leader plan, one event lasts up to seven days.
On the Agency plan, an event lasts indefinitely.
What is Grey Label & White Label?
Do you have a per-event price?
Yes. You can pay $99.99 for one event which will give you all of the features of the STARTER plan.
